Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Accounting, the Revenue Accounting Analyst supports the Revenue Accounting and Sales teams in managing E-ticket and BIDT audit processes, calculating commission expenses, and overseeing approvals. The role involves collaborating with outsourced providers to ensure accuracy in E-ticketing and BIDT audit recovery processes, along with the distribution of commission payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the fare and BIDT e-ticket audit process.
- Work with travel agencies and sales teams to resolve violation discrepancies and billing disputes.
- Collaborate with revenue management and distribution teams to address fare filing issues raised by third-party auditors, travel agencies, or GDS.
- Ensure accuracy of ADMs raised by third-party auditors.
- Provide audit results reports to the sales and financial planning teams and highlight relevant trends.
- Review monthly commission payments, ensuring they are within defined thresholds.
- Raise ADMs for travel agency chargebacks and ACMs as authorized by the sales department.
- Provide insights to the security department on trends related to GDS booking chargebacks and fraud.
- Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Sabre, Travelport, and/or Amadeus.
- Previous airline industry experience, including knowledge of the e-ticket lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Accounting.
