Job Title: Sales & Marketing Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON – Vancouver, BC

About the Role:
Page Two is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about books, eager to learn about the publishing industry, and skilled in customer service, analytics, and creativity. The position offers hybrid work, with regular in-person work required at Page Two’s office in Vancouver or a co-working space in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration: Process direct sales orders, manage shipments and invoices, and monitor payments for timely completion.
  • Client Service: Provide support for our Direct distribution program, assist clients with service needs, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Bulk Sales Program: Generate sales sheets and develop targeted marketing and sales strategies.
  • Sales Materials: Prepare and manage marketing materials for presentations, including PowerPoint slides, book lists, and online catalogs.
  • Audiobook Sales: Track sales data, manage metadata accuracy, and liaise with distributors.
  • Promotional Coordination: Coordinate and provide promotional assets (e.g., catalogs, headshots, videos) for our sales and distribution partners.
  • Translations Management: Oversee translation projects, manage requests and agreements, and coordinate updates with our translation partner.
  • Publicity Support: Assist the publicist with research, database maintenance, and book awards and reviews submissions.
  • Marketing Support: Schedule and distribute digital communications, including newsletters, e-blasts, blog posts, and web content.
  • General Administration: Support the sales team with scheduling, agenda preparation, and project management.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable with digital communications and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a customer service focus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools like PowerPoint.

Location Requirements:
